Care that honors who you are.

Welcome, I’m Kylie. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist who cares deeply about supporting people through difficult transitions. I’ve had the privilege of working across community mental health, school-based counseling, and medical environments. I bring over 10 years of therapy experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through complex emotional and health-related challenges. My medical social work background includes maternal-child health, NICU, pediatric oncology, and supporting adults and families navigating serious illness, trauma, and end-of-life care. I’ve worked closely with people facing uncertainty, loss, and moments of resilience across many stages of life.

I truly love being a therapist and feel grateful for the opportunity to sit beside clients during life’s most challenging seasons. When support feels absent, life can become overwhelming, isolating, and uncertain. It is an honor to offer a steady, compassionate presence in these moments and help clients move toward clarity, healing, and meaningful growth.

As a member of a large blended family, a mother of three whose journey to parenthood included IVF, and the wife of a childhood cancer survivor, I’ve experienced grief, uncertainty, resilience, and growth in deeply personal ways. These experiences shape how I show up in the therapy space, with empathy, humility, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey.

In my practice, I strive to create a warm, inviting, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe being yourself. I’m grief-certified and trained in evidence-based approaches, which I thoughtfully weave together to support healing and meaningful change.

If you’re considering therapy, you don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. I would welcome the opportunity to connect and offer a space where you can begin to feel more grounded, supported, and hopeful about what’s ahead.
